ABOUT LAUREN

Atlanta Interior Designer Lauren Servati of Frances Lauren Interiors is a leading interior designer and an authority in easy, elegant interior design. With over 12 years of experience, her designs convey warmth, authenticity, and a comfortable elegance. She has lived and worked throughout the United States and Europe, and she draws on this unique background to create homes that are tailored to the distinct character of her clients, creating spaces that are a genuine expression of their owners.

Frances Lauren Interiors provides a range of interior design services, from color consultations to kitchen and bathroom renovations, to room makeovers and full-service design, all to help her clients create the home and lifestyle that they have imagined.

Lauren works with her team of contractors and craftsmen to bring her design vision to life. She saves her clients' time and money, by helping them avoid costly design and renovation mistakes and by enhancing the eventual resale value of her clients’ properties.

Lauren is passionate about historical homes and architecture, and loves working with her clients to preserve important historical details while creating a fresh vision that embraces the past while looking to the future.

Lauren began her interior design career in 2003, working as an intern with two local interior design firms in her hometown of Tallahassee, FL. She then went on to attend Florida State University where she gradated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design and a concentration in art and architectural history.

After graduation, Lauren worked in hotel and restaurant design, traveling to job sites throughout the United States and overseeing new build and renovation projects for Marriott and other hotel development groups, before settling on residential design as her primary passion and area of interest. She credits these working experiences with the invaluable skills she now has in construction site management, project management and strictly adhering to designated budgets and project timelines.

In addition to her interior design work, Lauren has a collection of bespoke home textiles and throw pillows, and a collection of artwork. When she’s not designing, she enjoys watercolor painting, baking, and checking out local coffee shops. She has also visited 24 countries so far, and enjoys traveling with her husband to discover new places and people.
