In Vogue Now: Benjamin Moore’s 2019 Color of the Year
This morning, just a quick pop-in with some color news. Benjamin Moore has announced their 2019 color of the year, and I absolutely ADORE it. That’s A-D-O-R-E with all capital letters, underlined, and exclamation points. Benjamin Moore’s 2019 Color of the Year is Metropolitan AF-690 and I would describe this shade as elegant, sophisticated, and timeless, all wrapped in to one quiet and classic package.
“Calm, composed and effortlessly sophisticated, Benjamin Moore’s Color of the Year 2019, Metropolitan AF-690, exudes glamour, beauty and balance.” - Benjamin Moore
“Metropolitan AF-690 emanates nuance, harmony and extravagant ease. Always adaptable, it softens to matte or shimmers with sheen. It's neutral. It's understated. It just is. This is color, off-duty."

The Benjamin Moore 2019 Color Trends also encompass some of my very favorites from their collection. Hale Navy (HC-154) is my go-to navy for both walls and cabinetry. Cloud White (OC-130) is a perfect soft white/ivory for walls, and Decorator’s White (OC-149) is one of one favorites for a crisp white (think art gallery walls).
Can I also say that the Benjamin Moore 2019 Color Trends directly correlate to the palette I chose for my new fabrics collection, Lauren Servati Textiles (see the full collection here).
